I hope thats accurate as im going to try it today. Tehn scan more to find the headquarters ( i guess every region in LW2 has a tower and HQ ) then kill that. He said scan a region a few times so the haven can gather intel to find the advent radio transmitter, kill it. A very nice person replied and gave me some info i hope helps you all.
I made a post asking if there were any other missions i HAD to do to prevent that from happening again. Thankfully i had a team at the advent forge facility and a save just b4 the nessage so i boosted the infiltration on the facility and wiped it out. I had a liberated region (west africa ) only 3 bars from the bottom on avatar project, i had wiped out 2 broadcasting stations and 2 advent headquarters complexes. My reply is based on that, i hope its the same as the topic being discussed. I also got the sudden " you have been defeated " cut scene.
